WSA Young Leadership Council

The WSA Young Leadership Council (YLC) is a new initiative designed to develop the next generation of leaders within the Westcoast Sports Associates community.

The YLC brings together driven young professionals — typically in their 20s and 30s — who share a passion for youth sports, community impact, and giving back. Members gain access to WSA's network of business, sports, and entertainment leaders while contributing fresh energy and perspective to the organization's mission.

What YLC Members Do

• Support WSA's fundraising and community engagement efforts, including the Annual WSA Benefit
• Participate in WSA Socials and networking events alongside the full WSA membership
• Serve on or support WSA committees (Events, Development, Marketing/Brand, Parks & Programming)
• Help expand WSA's reach through their own professional and social networks
• Build meaningful relationships with WSA Board members, donors, and corporate partners

Why It Matters

WSA has built an incredible 30-year legacy of making youth sports possible for over 10,000 kids per year across Southern California. The Young Leadership Council ensures that legacy continues — by investing in people who will carry the mission forward for the next 30 years.
